We’re reading books that are backed by research to learn and grow as humans. The Liberated Readers Club is an ongoing book club that meet every other week to discuss and apply the content of what we’re reading. It’s a supportive and uplifting community of readers focused on increasing their awareness and application of evidence-based strategies for bettering their lives.
More Than a Book Club
Facilitated by Certified Life Coach Tayler Gowan, the Liberated Readers Club goes beyond what you might expect for a typical book club. Bi-weekly meetings include a brief mindfulness practice, lively conversation about book topics, invitations and ideas for applying concepts in real life, a supportive community chat group, and supportive resources.

YOU: the freedom-seeker who likes to read self-help and personal growth books in a community of supportive, like-minded individuals. You want to go deeper with your self-exploration to better your life and learn how to apply helpful skills that are backed by science and psychology.

The Investment:
The membership fee is $15 per month. There’s no contract - you can cancel at anytime.
Membership includes access to the bi-weekly meetings, the group chat, the Mindfulness Den, and the supportive resources site.
